Applying for Warranty

Our online warranty registration form can be found here or you can print off and complete a hard copy here.

Once complete, please submit the completed form to your account manager or email to sales@towmatetrailers.com.

Warranty claims are subject to terms & conditions laid out in our warranty policy which can be found here. Please note that any warranty claims must be made within 30 days from the date of which the purchase becomes aware, or should have become aware, of any damage or defect to the product.

This Warranty is conditional on a Warranty Registration Form being completed, signed and returned to Towmate Trailers Ltd by the original purchaser within 14 days of the delivery of the Product to the original purchaser from Towmate Trailers Ltd.
