We firmly believe in our product. And to prove this, we put all of our British-designed and manufactured trailers through rigorous quality assurance and testing. All of our trailers are fully VCA Type-approved and are comprehensively tested at Millbrook.

RIGOROUS QA & TESTING

Our LoadSentry system, a unique system available on the Rhino Pro range, is a secure strapless loading system for diggers which minimises the time required to load and secure your trailer whilst ensuring that your digger remains on the trailer throughout your journey.

To prove our system, we took our Rhino Pro trailer to the Millbrook Proving Grounds in Bedford, UK. Millbrook is one of the largest vehicle testing centres in Europe and provides a wide range of test tracks and other facilities designed to put vehicles through every type of terrain.

RHINO PUT TO THE TEST

Our Rhino Pro trailer was taken through its paces at Millbrook, starting with a 45-degree tilt test performed with a digger on top. This test was done to prove that our LoadSentry system would keep a trailer secure and, on the trailer, even whilst tipped at a 45-degree angle.

Following the tilt test, we left our Rhino Pro trailer at the Millbrook Test Track to be put through a series of gruelling tests, putting every single aspect of our design and production through its paces.

Throughout the test, our trailers covered the equivalent of 15,000 miles, loaded with the trailer’s max weight of 2700kg through 9 different tests and surfaces, including being driven over potholes, speed bumps and Belgian pave, and enduring kerb strikes.
