CLIENT PROBLEM

Cadent needed a transport solution that could accommodate all their essential equipment in a single trailer. Their existing approach required using multiple vehicles, often transporting additional kit in vans, which increased resource for every job.

While they had trailers in use, these were in need of replacement and were not capable of meeting their full operational requirements.

Their goal was to implement a “one trailer one van” model to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.

THE DISCOVERY

Towmate engaged directly with Cadent, taking a demo trailer on site to explore how our off the shelf product could be customised to create a bespoke solution that worked for them.

Our design team worked closely with Cadent to develop a tailored solution. A prototype trailer was built and delivered for trial, allowing the client to test its functionality in real world conditions.

Following on from a successful trial, Cadent approved a full order for 12 trailers.
