CLIENT PROBLEM

Roadmender Asphalt required a fleet of specialist trailers to transport their asphalt boilers safely and efficiently. The goal was to create a trailer design that simplified the installation process of the boilers, improved operator safety, and enhanced usability on-site.

Their existing setup created challenges in terms of mobility, operator safety, and setup efficiency.

THE DISCOVERY

Through a series of collaborative design meetings between Towmate and Roadmender, our teams worked closely to develop a trailer that met every operational need while maintaining the robust, proven foundation of Towmate’s Rhino plant trailer.

Leveraging Towmate’s modular design system, we were able to adapt and refine the Rhino’s base structure to create a truly bespoke solution — engineered specifically for transporting and operating Roadmender’s asphalt boilers.
